If you would like to see your 2 dimensional plans fully developed in 3 dimensions before spending money on construction of your new house or remodel.  Send us a copy of your 2 D plans and we will return to you, exterior and interior perspectives fully explaining your project.

All plans will be done on a first come, first serve basis, once  Copies of plans you send will not be returned, unless noted otherwise.  Prices of Models created are based on a square footage basis of total living and non-living areas.

In other words, every 500 square feet equals $50.00 starting at a beginning, $250.00 retainer.

We will need the following information to get started.  The entire scope of work along with ceiling heights roof configuration & furniture layouts.  Basically, what ever you want rendered please incorporate it in the copies you send us.  Whatever is shown on the floor plans will be shown on the presentation drawings and videos.  If a the site needs to be incorporated then we would need the site plan as well.  Models will not be embellished with furniture if the furniture is not shown on the 2D drawings you send us.  Here is a list we would need to start your project.
